About
Emily Sharpe is a horticulturalist and garden designer based in Herefordshire. With expertise in horticulture and design and a background in ecology, she is passionate about creating beautiful gardens that promote biodiversity and sustainability.
Emily graduated from university with a degree in ecology and masters in environmental management and went on to specialise in GIS software. Ten years later, inspired by a love of gardening, she pursued a career change, studying horticulture and then garden design.
Emily has an RHS Certificate in Horticulture and graduated with distinction from The Cotswold Gardening School in 2014. She has run a busy design and freelancing studio for the last ten years and is a pre-registered member of the Society of Garden Designers (the professional organisation that represents garden designers in the UK).
Emily has led the planting team for Google at Mobile World Congress since 2019. She is one half of Digital Landscapes, the right hand of James Alexander-Sinclair and a a tutor at London College of Garden Design.
Emily works on projects across the UK and abroad.
